I’m a registered dietitian with a special interest in Sports. I’m passionate about helping anyone who wants to optimise and improve their health through nutrition.

I feel that there is a disconnect between the sports specific nutrition guidelines and recommendations for general health and weight management and that sportspeople need to be able to merge these two worlds of nutrition for optimal health and performance.
