How I Can Help You

Let’s work together on your goal of taking control and living a healthy lifestyle.

About Pippa Mullins

I have a BSc in Dietetics through the University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg. More recently, I specialized in “Sports Nutrition” through the International Olympic Committee. Dietetics aims for optimal health and disease prevention for an improved quality of life. It is not only about weight loss and ‘looking good’ which is the general public’s opinion. My aim as a dietitian, is to help each person apply the evidence-based science of nutrition in a challenging modern world where convenience and instant gratification seems to take preference over wellness.

My clients are the best part of my job!

They inspire me, challenge me, amaze me with their stories as well as giving me such valuable perspective that can only make me a better person and dietitian.

BE MODERATE.

Most people think that “healthy” means implementing extreme changes that deprive you of all that you desire.
